We only offer refunds or replacements exclusively for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product (supplement or accessory) that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will promptly provide a refund or a replacement at no cost to you.
Reporting Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Required Proof: Email us at info@zeroohealth.com and attach clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item, along with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
We will review the submitted proof and, upon confirmation, process your refund or ship a replacement.

Due to hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for general change of mind, subjective preference, or sizing issues.
